App custody.

App custody gives each business app your team built with AI, from Claude Code projects to no-code tools, a named owner, a timed monthly restore, and one signed fix.

For repository-backed Claude Code projects and apps built in Power Apps, Retool, Lovable, Replit, or similar tools.

One month of custody · Sample data

AI made building the app easy. Keeping it alive is nobody's job.

  1. Someone shipped it over a weekend. Now the Monday meeting runs on it.

  2. They became its support desk. It eats their evenings.

  3. Nobody knows the count. Nobody has ever proven a restore.

What is signed every month, and the price

PM-11Monthly
Cancel any month

The apps your own people built, kept alive and provably so, every month.

Signed every month

  • Every covered app has an owner of record, swept dependencies and secrets, and reviewed access
  • A restore is actually performed and timed every month, and a smoke test covers the paths the team really uses
  • One small fix per app ships as a reviewed change, signed by an engineer
  • The register stays current: one page per app, written for whoever asks what you run

The buyer
Bought by the operating or technology leader who now owns the app estate: the ops, RevOps, or finance lead who built it, or the IT director, COO, CTO, or chief of staff who inherited it.
The start
Starts from the free census: one page per app and the count. Exclusions are named at onboarding: no new features, no redesigns, no migration off the current stack.
The terms
Prepaid quarterly. Cancel any month. Repository-backed Claude Code projects are supported; other build environments are confirmed before any money moves.
The wedge
The last page of every pack names the one thing we would fix next, priced. One item, never a list.

The questions, answered plainly.

What does app custody deliver every month?

An owner of record, swept dependencies and secrets, reviewed access, a restore performed and timed, a smoke test on the paths your team really uses, and one signed fix per app.

What does it cost?

Watch is 1,500 a month: up to 3 apps. Base is 2,500 a month: up to 8 apps. Evidence is 4,500 a month: up to 20 apps, or any app touching customer or payment data, with the register written for an auditor. Prepaid quarterly, cancel any month.

We do not know how many apps we have.

That is the census: a free 30-minute interview that ends with one page per app and the count.

Which build environments do you cover?

Repository-backed Claude Code projects are supported; the census confirms hosted platforms in writing before any money moves.

Can you add features or redesign an app?

No: custody keeps what exists alive and provably restorable; new features and migrations are a project mandate, priced on their own.

The person who built the app left.

Then custody starts with read access and puts an owner of record on it, so the next departure is a non-event.
